Deliver to Preferences Set on Iprocurement is not reflected on the "POR: Preferences - Deliver to lo

Hi All,

I have logged in a UserA and whose deliver to location on the Iprocurement preferences is set to LOCATION A.

When i go and view the "POR: Preferences - Deliver to location" profile option on User Level USERA , then i see the LOCATION A .

But there is another USERB whose deliver to location on the Iprocurement preferences is set to LOCATION B.

When i go and view the  "POR: Preferences - Deliver to location" profile option on User Level USERB ,, i do not see the LOCATION B.

So from where are these deliver to location is picked from which i see on Iprocurement preference.
