XML Report displays "Name ......" as "Name ?????" at runtime

 Hi All,

We have a designed a xml template as per business requirement. There are few hard-coded fields. 
These fields are displayed not displayed properly.

"Name ........" is displayed as "Name ??????".

The template validation and preview is fine. This issue happens during run time.

Environment : R12

Can you please provide your suggestions.
