Error CRS-4124, CRS-4000 After executing root.sh

Hi AllI Installed Grid Infrastructure 11.2.0.3
on Oracle Linux 6.3
ASM on NFS.

After installation when I executed script "root.sh" on Node 1  following error appear.

CRS-4124: Oracle High Availability Services startup failed.
CRS-4000: Command Start failed, or completed with errors.
ohasd failed to start: Inappropriate ioctl for device
