Siebel Tools - Multilanguage Installation

 Hello,
I am trying to perform a Siebel Tools installation where I want to have two languages (e.g. ENU and ITA, with ENU as the primary language).
Although I select both languages during installation (and the summary page before installing shows them both), after the installation has been completed I can see only the folder "ENU" inside Tools_Instal_Dir\BIN and Tools_Instal_Dir\OBJECTS, and no "ITA" folder is present. Is this correct?
