Problem with schedule jobs-Job status is success but not output is available in the job

Hi Team,

We have an issue ewith some of the jobs after scheduling. When ever we schedule a job (Uses bursting information),the job is getting success but output is not genrated in the Job output.

We have made the option with make job output public but still we face the same issue .Can any one please suggest this is very important for us and which is impacting the production.
