ctl start dbconsole - net helpmsg 3547 in Oracle 10.2.0.5

Hi, after making all the settings as indicated in the ID 1222603.1 (emctl secure dbconsole -reset)  without Errors . i have a Problem when i try to Re-start Database Control by executing the following command : "emctl start dbconsole"
