Effective Date balances

We are using JDE Enterprise One -Version 8.11 -is their any option to run account ledger inquiry (P09200) with effective cut of date balance or is their any other option which serve this  purpose, please advice.

Problem:-We received bank statement on cut of date for excmpale as on 3/21/2013, while system provides balance as on period. (P09200) -We require both the data i.e. accumulative balance as well transaction details for the particular month or a period.
