My understanding is that these apps are for businesses running a service. SW/M apps cannot use P13700 / P13714. When you look at the ease of navigation in P13700 (hyperlinks) compared to P48201, I would have thought that P13700 or a clone would be the choice for service businesses and that P48201 would be 'ok' for companies using Plant Maintenance. What is the background as to how P48201/17714 became the offering for a service company? P48201 came out of the ark, it’s been in JDE since 99……and it looks like c**p.
