auto optimizer stats collection and dictionary stats

Can anybody tell if autotask statistic job "auto optimizer stats collection" is calculating dictionary stats as if dbms_stats.gather_dictionary_stats would be run? What about fixed stats?

I can't see any evidences in dba_optstat_operations
