R12: Changing Legal Entity for an AP Operating Unit

Before I go into our EBS R12 test instance later today to try this, can anyone with knowledge tell me if this is possible?

We would like to change the R12 legal entity associated with an AP operating unit.  I say AP operating unit, because it's the only module we currently use besides the General Ledger.

Example:  Operating unit "ABC OU" is associated with legal entity name "ABC Inc.", primary ledger name "Corporate USA Ledger", and balancing segment value 12345.

We want to change it so that operating unit "ABC OU":

(1) is renamed "XYZ OU",

(2) is now instead associated with legal entity name "XYZ Inc." which is also under the same ledger "Corporate USA Ledger",
