Hi,
We have implemented Oracle Financial modules for US, UK, Spain. We are in process of bringing following country operations into our instnace. Please let us know the list of mandatory patches to be applied on to the instance for the following countries (Accounts Receivables)

India
China
Singapore
Malaysia
Saudi Arabia
Dubai
