What Oracle memory pool does OWA (Oracle Web Agent) package use ?

We have a problem where a session that executes the OWA package is hanging for a long time before the session terminates. The purpose of this code is to create a report and store the HTML on the database server.

Incidentally, all similar small reports (meaning 100s of KB in size) run fine and gets saved in the specified folder. But the large one (about 18 MB) takes way longer than expected, about 3 hours. Actually, we thought that the system just finished processing and is not doing anything. But, I let it run indefinitely last night and it did create the HTML report after 3 hours. When I checked the trace files, it showed 0430 error at one point for this process. The right hand side of all the percentages listed as JAVA as follows:
