Agent base directory migration failes

Hi,
I tried to migrate my agent base directory out of OMS home using 1520010.1 but migration fails in the end with below message

ERROR: Migrating the agent instance home failed.

=============================================

Going through the logs, it shows it failed on copying sbin directory because some files were with root permission.


INFO: Copying the source directory /opt/app/oracle/product/Middleware/agent/ to destination directory/opt/app/oracle/product/agent12c
SEVERE: Copying the directory failed with message:/opt/app/oracle/product/Middleware/agent/backup_2013-03-15_14-44-30-PM/sbin/nmhs (Permission denied)


I tried copying the sbin dir to new home manually but now agent is not starting from new agent home because of below message:
