Shipment reached to RMS and didn't reach to SIM.

Hi Vamshi,

We have interface + RIB  between inventory program (EBS) and SIM.
Can you help me of the following scenario:-
Deliveries created in RMS first using custom RIB and PL-SQL program and after that shipped to RMS till reached to SIM.
The issue now is
Deliveries reached to RMS shipment and didn't reach to SIM shipment tables. 

My finding is:-
I checked rib_message table in RMS in the ASNOut also check etASNout, rib-tafar.ASNOuttoASN_tafar, etASNINfromRIBtoISO, rib-sim.AsnIn_sub

I noticed that the stuck deliveries found in rk_allocation but the norma process should delete after processing.
