Issues deinstalling oracle client tools from my laptop

I have installed Oracle Client tools on my Windows 7 32-bit laptop, the installation ran without any issues. When I attempted to open SQL Developer I got a prompt to provide a full path to java.exe.

I have had this issue in the past but with a 64-bit machine. I decided to try to re-install Oracle and see what happens. I Ran Oracle Installer from program files and selected what I wanted to deinstalled, clicked remove and gotten a warning "Please run 'C:\app\username\product\11.2.0\client_1/deinstall/deinstall to deinstall this Oracle ..."

I actually went into that directory and attempted running deinstall but nothing happened, it ran for a second and then exited with the following output:
