How to setup external customer and access their data only

Hi,

Currently, we have a requirement to setup new external customer to access the Agile PLM system (current version is 9.3.1.1).  This external customer has to be able to create parts, documents including creation of changes just like what we usually do using Agile.   We want to set them up so that when they login to Agile, they can see their data only.   

 
Is there a functionality in the current version of Agile to meet the above requirements?    
Please advise.
