ODA patch 2.5 need to apply newly shipped 2.4 machine

 Last week we Oracle shipped  Old ODA (non x3-2) which content Appliance manager 2.4.0.0.Customer requirement RDBMS version is 11.2.0.3. So that we plan to upgrade ODA 2.4 to 2.5. 
Please guide us.
