I've created a pretty simple report to pull the most recent activity by account. I ran it when I completed it a few days ago and took me a few times to refresh for results to populate. Now, however, it is taking hours and still not returning results. I have the following fields in the report:
Account Name
Completed Date (Activity)
Type Code (Activity)
Last Name
First Name
User Name (Owned by User)
I also have one blank column as a measurement in order to use the pivot table

The following filters have been applied:
Type Code is equal to Casework, Meeting, Call
