Autoconsolidation taskflow gets disabled without warning and consolidations stop running

Hello - We have been experiencing an issue with our autoconsolidations where they get disabled and any scheduled consolidations stop running. Once this happens, I am unable to edit any of the autoconsolidaoitns until we reboot the services.  this has happend three times within  a week.  We have opened a ticket with Oracle but no resolution. 

Any thoughts why this is happening and how we may resolve.
