recreate diskgroup for Exadata

 Hi,X2-2 full rack , installed by ACS with 3 disk groups : DBFS_DG, DAT1,DAT2.
Customer want to drop DG DAT1,DAT2 ,also drop grid disk belong to the DG, and then recreate one bigger grid disk for new diskgroup "DAT1" which has  same name with original DG DAT1.
There're two concern :
1.if ocr ,voting disk and ASM spfile are stored in   original DG DAT1 or DAT2., how to relocate them to new DG ? 
2.there are data files in DAT1,DAT2, how to relocate the datafile to new DG ?  total MB of the data files are about 900G.
