My T4-2 was hang accidentally wothout warning.

 Hi,
       Yesterday, I found that my T4-2 (Solaris 10, Oracle EBS R12 database installed in) was hang and all sessions are closed but netwok stll alive(I can ping from local network).

All the services are down and I can only reboot by unplug the power. I upload the "explorer.860e7a72.ebsdb1-2013.03.20.01.22.tar.gz" , please he me to analyze what is going on.

Please rename the attached file to gz file and extract it by rar.

I also attach the "ORACLESP-1231BDYD3D_192.168.1.70_2000-04-27T17-37-08.zip" for your reference.

please rename it to zip.
