Invoice Tax Calculation

 Hi,
We created two tax rates (1 with 2% and another 7%) and defined tax rules for this Taxes. But tax on invoices is calculating @9%(2+7) for all invoices for all suppliers. We want to calculate tax seperately based on Tax Classification code.
