Replacement for Column Names of AP_TAX_CODES_ALL

Hi,
    I am migrating from 11i to R12.

In one such component the AP_TAX_CODES_ALL table is used and the following columns are being used.

NAME
TAX_ID
TAX_RATE
TAX_CODE_COMBINATION_ID

I would like to know what are the equivalent of these columns in R12 and in which tables are these columns available?

Any help in these regards will be highly helpful.
