Pipeline is inactivated due to Thread Exception

Hi,

we are getting below error frequently when we are rating a cdr. if we restart the pipeline then it is working fine.

Exception detected in 'ifw.Pipelines.XX.Functions.Processing_T4'; invalid state change; RWReadersWriterLock::acquireRead - pthread_rwlock_rdlock() - Return Value: Resource temporarily unavailable.

This thread block contains FCT_Mainrating module only.

Can anyone help me to find the rootcause of this issue.
