Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When I try to create prepayment. its getting error.

FRM -41316:Cannot set Insert Allowed property of disabled item INV_SUM_FOLDER.VENDOR_SITE_CODE

FRM-40105:Cannot set NAVIGABLE TO ATTRIBUTE of non -enabled item INV_SUNM_FOLDER.VENDOR_NAME
