Field Read Only User Prop not working on BC ISS Promotion Pricing Components

Hi,

I tried to make read only fields on the BC "ISS Promotion Pricing Components" but it is not making read only on any of the fields. I tried with Custom fields and vanilla fields also tried with Conditional and uncondition. Both Field Read Only Field and BC Read Only Field are not working on this BC. Any thoughts ?
