error in creating a dependency between o2a and custom catridge created.

We ahve created a custom catridge which we are trying to integrate with the out of the box o2a catridges. We have created a dependency between the OracleComms_OSM_O2A_SomProvisionVoIP_Sample catridge and the customised catridge. But the same is not going through the customised process and catridge.

Please suggest if any additional changes are required. We are using a simple SOM catridge with 3 tasks only to be integrated with OracleComms_OSM_O2A_SomProvisionVoIP_Sample. Currently we are working in development mode with emulators. All the proccesses are getting completed without enetring the customsised catridge.
