Regarding "PO Requisition Account Generator" workflow.

Hi,

Issue 1:
-------

The "PO Requisition Account Generator" workflow is not getting launched always.
It intermittently gets launched.
Is there any issue/setup that needs to be setup or is this anything to do with cache?


Issue 2:
-------

I am not able to see the workflow status in "Status Monitor" although I have acess to "Workflow Administrator".
Is there any profile/setup that needs to be set.
Or is there any privileges that needs to be provided.
