Purchase Order Receipt got

I am process PO Receipt thru BSSV  J43A0010 and would like to check to see if anybody know the answer to this problem.

Attached are the request, result and the test data

From the screen print of the error, it might be just in the setup or xml data error.

Qiestion, What field is wrong to preventing excution and how to fix it.
