Connection reset by peer: socket write error

Hi Team,
We are trying to generate sample xml for one of our report. This report is using Teradata as Datasource. when we try to generate xml, after some time we are getting 'internet explorer cannot display page'. When we checked at the log file we saw below message:

"Caused by: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset by peer: socket write error".

Could you please let me know how to fix the above issue.The applicationis in production now
