Unable to process the RLM schedule after R12 upgradtion

Hi,

After R12 upgratation we are facing tp process the RLM schedule from Release management. After running the submit demand processor, concurrent request completed normal but schedule are not get processed and it got error out with the following error message in the exception

"Unable to derive the Internal ship_to location for the TP_layer.

I verified the setup for that edi_locations in both 11i and R12 instance. Both are same. In 11i schedules are get processing whereas in R12 its not get processed for the same edi location.

Please share your thoughts
