Hi,

apologies if this is a daft question but do the newly released March 2013 Financials RPC's need to be applied on top of the August 2012 RPC's or are they cummulative?

ie. they contain all fixes on top of 12.1.3, to date. I'm guessing that a 12.1.4 release will not be happening which is a shame.
