Hi,

Patch wizzard advises (preinstall) patches needed for upgrade 11.1.x to 12.1.x but we are already upgraded to 12.1.3.
What's the best methode to prevent this messages into the future.
After  applying the mentioded patch 14104886 with preinstall=y ? (example patch 14104886) still advise the patch:  1
4018684.C bom 0 No Unapplied Yes High Priority Patch This patch resolves the performance issue in Update Existing Configurations program.
