How to invoke Globalization flexfield 'JG_AP_INVOICES' in our custom Payables Invoice form

Followed metalink note - How To Invoke a DFF from a custom form [ID 730068.1]However its not working when we try to invoke Globalization flexfield 'JG_AP_INVOICES' in our custom Payables Invoice form (based on APXINWKB.fmb).
Do we need to do any changes in custom.pll?
Any guidance on this is much appreciated.
