Recommendations to be invoked everytime a product is selected

Hi wizards,

Due to a business requirement we need to invoke recommendations warning everytime a product is selected within the Order.

 

I understood that OOTB when selecting if user selected twice or more the same product in the order, only after the first selection the recommendation is displayed.

 

I wonder if someone of you had the same requirement and how you dealt with it.
