rollback psu 11.2.0.3.5 from rac database home

Hi,
We have patched PSU 11.2.0.3.5 on both the cluster layer and a 11.2.0.3 RAC database home and we want to deinstall it from the same RAC database home.

The 11.2.0.3.5 cluster & ASM is servicing some other pre-11.2 RAC database home.

Do we need to stop the cluster layer ( and all the pre-11.2 RAC databases consequently )  to do the deinstall on the 11.2.0.3 RAC database home ?
