MSCA with Inventory and WIP barcodes

Requirement: Customer is using mobile apps to generate barcode and use Intermec scanner to scan in information from printed barcodes having information like job card, part number, location, in-date, out-date, they are asking how to transfer this data using telnet connection to Oracle interface tables, they need to track job cards in the shop floor, hence they would like to use barcoding to track job cards. They will load the collected data into WIP_MOVE_TXN_INTERFACE tables in Oracle, so how to transfer the data?

I advised them with Oracle Manufacturing APIs and Open Interfaces Manual, Volume 2, for WIP and MSCA, but they asked for some material that uses iphone mobile applications for scanning data into Oracle interface tables using the API that I mentioned earlier.
