Instance consolidation

Hi All
My customer has 2 - R12 production instances with same patch set level and they like to merge and use a single Production instance.

1. What tool can be used for this purpose ?
2. Do we have a Tool called i Merge for this purpose ?
3. Can we use i Setup or Kintana for this ?
