We are planning to apply patch 10261541 in our environment as it is prerequisite for patch 12698252(Main patch)


Regarding patch 10261541--

* It has a prerequisite 7391377 which is not applied. But this patch has been superseeded by patch 7503583 which is also not applied in our environment. Should we apply this patch.

* If the patch 7503583 needs to be applied then have another question. Patch readme says it is not applicable for PLM.E
Current PLM patch version is 11i.PLM_PF.E (Got it after runni9ng patchsets.sh).
So is it same as PLM.E mentioned in the readme.
