8.1 Bookshelf Upgrade Guide, Rev D instructions

Has anyone gone through an upgrade using the 8.1 Rev D instructions? I am trying to do an 8.1.1.3 SEA to 8.1.1.9  SIA upgrade.

The directions state:

When the window displays inquiring whether you want to start the Upgrade Wizard, do the following:
Development Upgrep mode: Answer No. Do not start the Upgrade Wizard. Instead, return to the upgrep process checklist and perform the next steps.
Development Upgphys mode: Answer Yes to start the Upgrade Wizard.
Combined Production Upgrep and Upgphys mode: Answer No. Do not start the Upgrade Wizard. Instead, return to the upgrep process checklist, and perform the next steps.



For the Upgrep mode, there is no inquiry whether to start the Upgrade Wizard. The closest thing is
