Windows 2012 Guest

Has anyone installed Windows Server 2012 as a guest VM in Oracle VM 3.2.1?
I was able to get it installed as a HVPVM, and installed the PV drivers, but there are some errors with the drivers.  Their service fails to start and I have an unknown PCI device in device manager.

Does anyone have any tips for me or know if there's an updated PV drivers package coming out that will support Server 2012?
