Unable to Inspect qty

Hi Gurus, 

Please help me with this..  

In 15325,when i am trying to Inspect .0000037 qty It automatic convert into round figure 0 qty and show message like "no transaction proceed for
Quantity zero"

In 16125,when i am trying to Inspect .00000662 qty It automatic convert into round figure .00001 qty and show message like "The Quantity entered for
Receipt is greater than available quantity"
