Multiple Excel Worksheet template using 11.1.1.5.0 Errors on Preview

Kevin, here is all my information.

I am trying to create a Template using Excel so that I can have a Summary and Detail tab for my results.  I have installed 11.1.1.5.0 onto my system and now have the Bi Publisher option in my Excel.  (Excel 2010)

We have installed the patch 12415414 and are on EBS 12.1.3, but at this point, I am just trying to get it to Preview it on my system.  I'm not 100% certain, but I believe we do NOT have the full BI Publisher license.


I am able to preview a regular (i.e. one worksheet) template OK, and have gotten it to work in EBS as well.  I am running into errors as soon as I try expanding to another worksheet (i.e. adding a Summary tab).
