Changing Hot Keys

We are swiching from XE to 9.0.  It appears that JDE changd the Hot Keys for the various application commands (e.g. Find, Select, Cancel, etc...).  In XE, the hot keys were simply Alt plus a letter.  In 9.0, this appears to have changed to a 3 key selection (e.g. Cntrl + Alt+ Letter).  Is there a way to change the hot key commands in 9.0 so it would be a 2 key selection (e.g. Alt + Letter)?
