Post liscensing steps / Pre-requisites to support eAM in an R12.1.3

I am looking for the Post liscensing steps / Pre-requisites to support eAM in an R12.1.3

I see that Note 884201.1 is meant for an upgrade. We already have an R12.1.3 instance using many other other modules. We need to know the post liscensing steps - set ups to support eAM in an R12.1.3 environment. We are liscensing eAM for the first time in this instance. Please provide steps that need to happen after liscensing is enabled and before we configure the eAM organization and data (implement). For example, are we required to follow ALL of the steps in Note 884201.1 even though we enabling eAM in an existing 12.1.3 environment (and not upgrading)? Are any patches that we need to be aware of?  SFM?  Install Base Parameters?
