Account Inquiry Entered vs Funcational

HI

We upgraded from 11.5.10 to R12.1.3. and our Account Inquiry does not allow me to view both Entered and Fuctional in the same form.

If I enter a foreign journal USD and a Functional journal CAD I can no longer view from one form as in 11i.   This poses a big analysis problem for the Users. 

I attached the view from 11i and R12 of the same account balance.    User's really want to see ALL ENTERED currencies that include Functional as well as foreign.   Same as in 11il.

Is this truly intended functionality?
