adogjf() Unable to generate jar files under JAVA_TOP

R 12.1.3

When we run adpatch to apply any patch, we get following error:
AutoPatch error:
ERROR [code=1] Running adjcopy.class
AutoPatch error:
Error updating master archive

So, we tried to generate jar file through adadmin, but then we are getting below errror:
adogjf() Unable to generate jar files under JAVA_TOP

Basically, during maintenence we had deleted jar files from /opt/oracle/ebs/apps/apps_st/comn/java/lib (our JAVA_TOP=/opt/oracle/ebs/apps/apps_st/comn/java/classes.
To fix this issue we had copied jar files from other environment.
