How to call a 3rd Party DLL in an EnterpriseOne Business Function (E9.1 Web)

Hello,

       I would like to know How to call a 3rd Party DLL in an EnterpriseOne (E9.1) Business Function .

       I found doucment ID 642425.1 which explain how to call DLL from FAT client.

       Would like to know can it work for E9.1 Web also ?

       If not then what is alternative to connect 3rd party from E9.1 via Web?
