11g DB with Workflow installed - user issue

Hi All,

New to databases, (but am an EBS R12 functional analyst), looking to learn more technical skills/knowledge.

I've installed an 11g (11.2.1.0) on my local machine, and have installed the workflow server via the wfinstall file, thus creating the OWF_MGR user.

I haven't created any users or updated privledges etc.

Now, my question is, when creating tables and packages etc, under what user should I be doing that, and what (if any) grants should I be giving to that user?

I understand that roles can't be used, but I'm a bit confused as to what user I should be doing this under. (i.e. SYS, OWF_MGR, or a new user with grants).
