OTM 6.3 create_all.sh and create_all.cmd Hard Coded to glogowner/glogowner

Just as an FYI since I can't find where to put in a bug report on MOS, these two scripts have glogowner/glogowner hardocded as the username/password in the very last line of the script to install OTM 6.3. 
So if you do not install with the defaults above or do not modify these scripts in the script8 directory before executing, they will fail to install without warning of that fact outside of the logs themselves.
